Tricia is a licensed clinical social worker with over 35 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s transitions. She works with teens through seniors, building trusting relationships where clients feel genuinely heard. Tricia helps people explore and manage feelings of anxiety, sadness, and uncertainty, with a compassionate approach grounded in expertise with trauma, illness, and grief.

Becca Heurtley

Becca has a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Buffalo and is trained as a marriage and family therapist, individual therapist, and as a play therapist. With many years of diverse experience, her focus is working with children up to age 18 and their families to create positive change.

Amy has been working with children and families in the Rochester area for the past 19 years. The last seven years she has focused on middle school and high school students. Amy utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma Focused CBT to help children and their family cope with anxiety, depression and the effects of trauma.

Janet is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with children and families in the Rochester area. Janet focuses on partnering with individuals and families to foster growth and overcome personal obstacles. Janet uses a strengths-based approach along with cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness and trauma-informed practice.

Betsy has over 35 years of experience working with families and children in schools, out-patient mental health and family counseling. Betsy uses Integrative Therapy, CBT and Solution Focused Therapy. She has an interest and specialization in the areas of anxiety, depression, social skills, grief and loss and supporting individuals and families through life adjustments.

Elissa is passionate about helping people of all ages tackle life stressors, loss, trauma, depression/anxiety, and other issues that arise in the course of one's life. Prior to Elissa’s current work with school-aged children, she was in the adoption field, helping adoptees, birth parents, and adoptive families.Elissa’s therapy style is casual and calm, while offering a realistic and healthy path toward healing and peace.
